ELIZABETH C. ADLER
is the 2024-2025 Fellow assigned to the United States Sentencing Commission, the agency responsible for the establishment of sentencing policies and practices for the federal courts. Ms. Adler joins the Supreme Court Fellows Program from the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where she clerked for the Honorable Eric L. Clay. She was previously in private practice in Washington, D.C. Ms. Adler earned both a B.A., with honors, in Leadership and Public Policy, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia, where she served as the online development editor of the
Virginia Law Review
.
JOSHUA D. BLECHER-COHEN
is the 2024-2025 Fellow assigned to the Supreme Court of the United States, where he will serve in the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice. Mr. Blecher-Cohen joins the Supreme Court Fellows Program from the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, where he clerked for the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon. He previously clerked for the Honorable Myron H. Thompson of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He was also a Scholar-in-Residence at the Law Library of Congress and a public interest lawyer. Mr. Blecher-Cohen earned an A.B.,
