The Supreme Court of the United States will not convene on Tuesday, October 30 due to weather conditions related to Hurricane Sandy. The oral arguments scheduled to be heard on October 30 have been rescheduled for Thursday, November 1. Court will convene on November 1 at 10 a.m.
The Court is still scheduled to hear oral arguments on Wednesday, October 31. Those arguments have not been rescheduled. The Court's website will be updated with any further developments.
